To ensure all guests have a pleasant, peaceful and respectful stay, we ask you to read the following rules:

• Check-in: from 3:00 pm
• Check-out: by 10:00 am
• Possibility of flexible hours upon request and based on availability.

👥 Guests and Safety

• The property can only accommodate the number of people indicated in the reservation.
• No external guests are allowed unless prior authorization is obtained.

🚭 Prohibitions

• Smoking is prohibited inside the premises. Smoking is permitted only in outdoor areas, if present.
• It is forbidden to organize parties or events without prior authorization.

🐾 Animals

• Pets are not allowed unless otherwise agreed with the property.

🧼 Space care

• We ask you to respect the spaces and furnishings as if they were your own.
• Any damage must be reported immediately.

🔇 Silence

• Respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood, especially during the night hours (10:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m.).

♻️ Separate waste collection

• Correct waste disposal is required according to the methods indicated in the facility.

📶 Wi-Fi and services

• All useful information (Wi-Fi, access codes, useful numbers) will be provided upon check-in.
